foreign,[Music],or good afternoon wherever you are in,the world my name is Sam Totten here at,my HR and welcome to the demo so today,Im going to be taking you through my HR,but obviously everything youre seeing,is pre-recorded so if you would like a,live demo,um after this or you have any questions,on the back of it feel free to reach out,to me at Sam mychar dot works so to,begin with what I will do is I will,actually take you through the launch pad,now theres a couple of important things,that I want to go through first before,we jump into that firstly,with my HR,software is only 50 of what we do,really,what stands us out in the space is the,fact that all of our clients are backed,by a team of experts now this team is,made up of Administrators advisors and,managers and theyre there to support,our clients every single day answering,our top questions for their managers,right through to holding their hands,through formal HR processes,disciplinaries terminations Performance,Management you name it coupled with that,they also tailor all of the,documentation for our clients lets have,offer contracts variations,policies you name it tailored to the,unique requirements of your business,company branding all administered,through the software,now the second important thing that I,want to remind you about is within my HR,we have three access tiers available to,our clients,first of all weve got a Employee,Self-Service,tip where if I worked for your business,or your organization I could log on I,can interact with my parts of the,employment lifecycle,the next tier up weve got a manager,access tier where the manager of your,Finance team or your marketing team,would be able to see the information of,the people that he or she is responsible,for and then finally we also have an,owner access tip where the,organizational leaders company directors,maybe the HR lead for the organization,as well well be able to see all of the,peoples information,which is relevant to the business,they can report on different things as,well as drill down into personal details,the look The Fill the format throughout,the tiers is exactly the same theres,just less ability as you go down the,tiers for individuals to see other,peoples data,now,the last thing that I want to remind you,about,before we jump into it and before we,click on is,what Im going to show you today is,a fully configured account with,up-to-date documentation,now to get there any new business or,organization that comes on board with my,HR they under they undertake a six to,eight week implementation project,now the six day week project is carried,out by a dedicated implementation,manager within my HR whose sole,responsibility is to onboard new,businesses new organizations to my HR,they do all of the heavy lifting for you,um you know so they take care of the,project for you,um the support is available to you from,day one dont get me wrong you know if,theres an issue with one of your,employees or you you need an employment,contract the day after coming on board,to my HR we will still support of course,but the six to eight week project it,covers off the following three parts,first of all account configuration,thats where were going to take all of,your employee data were going to upload,it into the myxr portal for you set up,your self-service manager owner access,tiers set up the workflows and configure,the software very time consuming better,use of our time than it is of yours,the second part is we will do a HR,health check on the business so this is,where were going to go through,everything youve got in place for your,people not just contracts policies,company code of conduct but everything,you know,um employee handbook health and safety,if its in relation to your people we,will have a look at it go through it,with a fine-tooth Bitcoin anything,youre missing in terms of Industry best,practice or legal legal compliance were,then going to revamp that for you and,bring it up to date just to make sure,that we you know from day one of you,coming on board to my HR we set the,benchmark,a big part of that health check is a,consultation element where well,actually sit down with you to understand,the culture uh and the unique cadences,of your business or your organization,and make sure that we align to that this,isnt an office off-the-shelf product,this is tailored to the unique,requirements of your business,final part of the implementation project,is training so thats where we run,anyone with manager or owner access to,my HR through some training of not only,how to use the software but also how you,know HR 101s as well you know what to,look out for,um,Ops getting your managers to make sure,they know how to contact the team,essentially,awesome,so what Im going to do is Im going to,take you top to bottom left to right,through the launch button,down the left hand side weve got some,shortcuts so some to some frequently,used parts of the my HR,platform Ill come back to those in just,a moment but in the top here within this,Banner type format youve got reminders,so the reminders are going to be along,the lines of either system generated,reminders or custom reminders Ill show,you where you can customize the,reminders very shortly but the system,generator reminders will be things along,the lines of employment agreements that,awaiting signatures you know contracts,that are awaiting signatures people that,have requested for leave performance,reviews that are due for completion,visas that are expiring that type of,stuff,the people that get these reminders are,the employee in question their manager,and anyone with owner access to we can,also sync these across to your Gmail,your Outlook calendar,as we scroll down,weve got the employee overview so this,is a start of our reporting capabilities,which again I will touch upon in some,more detail very shortly,but this gives you a breakdown of the,roles within the business over the next,month,then as you get to the bottom of the,launch pad this is the first of three,key ways in which you and your managers,can get in contact with our team,the first way is you chat to us through,the software,so maybe this is a question that you,dont need a burning answer to right,here right now but you just want to,cross check it for your own personal,knowledge well youve got a question,around sick leave entitlements,type your question in we hit submit,once you hit submit,within three business hours thats our,SLA on response times through the chat,function three business hours one of the,team will come back to you with a,response,as you can see here weve got a few,examples of some conversations that,regularly take place for my HR clients,and at the top weve got,admit to our client thats requested for,a drug and alcohol policy the team have,come back to them asking um you know,what are the specifications around this,policy,youve then responded no rehab no,drinking on site ever standard testing,levels and then within the three,business hours SLA the team have come,back to our client with,where they can find this new policy and,Ill show you where that lives very,shortly,now the second way you can get in,contact with us is the old-fashioned,telephone,pick up the phone the team are available,to answer your you know your burning,questions that you might have someones,coming to work drunk this morning and,you dont know how to deal with it you,pick up the phone and you speak to a,real life human being that will help to,help you to deal with that process,compliantly,finally,the last way you can get in contact with,us is arrange a virtual meeting so,Google meets Zoom whatever your choice,is they do have to be booked in but,there is the option there if you want a,more personal conversation with one of,the team,awesome now what Im going to do is Im,going to take you,um,back up to the start of the hello and welcome to my video on,exploring some basic options of,application ess 41,first of all depending on your type of,the handsets,go to google play house or apple,app house to find the application called,ess-41,after installation when you run the,application first time it will ask you,to scan a qr code,which your online manager will provide,you once you scan the qr code and log on,to the system with your work email id,you will be able to see all the,information,your employer provides you,once you started your application you,will,see the main welcome screen and on the,main welcome screen there are seven,options,schedule time card acquired balance,availability,store schedule shift trade and requests,the very first option is the schedule if,you click on schedule,and under this option you select the,week and the month,and you can see all of your schedule,shift for that particular week,going back to the time card time card is,the place,which you need to check regularly,basically what it compares is,is compare your actual shift against the,schedule shift,here you can see what time exactly you,clocked in what time you exactly clock,out,how long was your break you need to keep,an eye on it on the regular basis so,there are no discrepancies in your,salary at the later stage,acquired balance under this option you,can see your full yearly holiday,entitlement,including fixed public holiday bank,entitlement as well,as you can see see on the screen total,240 hours,and eight hours of fixed public bank,holidays,so this screen also shows you how many,hours you have already used out of your,total entitlement,dont get confused used here is a total,of,the holidays you have already taken plus,any of your future book,holidays also on the same screen you can,see balance of the hours which are still,left behind,for you or your manager to allocate the,holidays,next three options you dont really need,to be worried about them which is,availability store schedule and shift,trade,just to make you aware of this,availability is basically the option,where you can mark your availability to,your manager,to let them know that you are available,to pick any extra overtime shift,on those particular occasions store,schedule is the,the options where you can see the,schedule across the different,departments,and shift trade is again the place where,you can see,your breakdown of start of the shift to,the,end of the shift,[Music],the final and the most important option,is the request,here exactly you can see if you have,made any holiday request to book them,and you can see the status of them,whether those holidays are authorized,and booked on the system,or not so all you have to do is once you,click the request,under the request option there are two,subheadings one is new request and one,is my request,in new request you can see what exactly,the holidays,hours you have left to book as of today,and if you want to make a request you,can,go and submit a new request which days,you want,but just to make it simple we prefer you,send us an email,which is simple and straightforward,under my request,you can see all the status of your,previously made,requests all you have to do is for,example,in my case i put a request to book the,holiday in august,all i have to do is go to the month,under the month menu,and select august and then it will show,you on the screen,whether any holidays in august are,authorized or not,as you can see on the screen it says,monday 30th of august,till sunday 19th of september that shows,that my holidays,from 30th of august till 19th of,september have been booked on the system,if the list of the holidays requests you,made,are not under that month it means your,holidays,are not authorized,at the end thank you very much for,watching the video tutorial,i hope this video will help you to,understand the app better,thank you

MyHR Employee Self Service Viewing Your Payslip Medium
this short video will take you through,how to view your pay slip through the,employees self-service access in my HR,upon accessing my HR employee,self-service youll be presented with,the login screen enter your username,which will be your 8 digits payroll,number and then your unique password,click login to access the system you,will then be presented with the home,screen you will have a list of common,options displayed in a menu to view your,payslip click on show my latest pay slip,menu option you will now see the pay and,benefits screen your pay slips will be,listed in date order with your most,recent pay slip first you can scroll,down to see the full list of available,pay slips please note the system will,only show the most recent pay slips if,in this screen to view a pay slip click,on the pay slip you want to see your pay,slip will be displayed on the screen you,will then have two options print or,download your pay slip to view older pay,slips you will need to click on the,download bottom at the top right of the,screen,in the pop-up screen select the date,range of the pay slip or pay slips you,wish to view,then click search all available payslips,within your selected date range will be,displayed click on the pay slip you wish,to view,once your selected pay slip is displayed,on-screen youll have the option to,print or download as before from the,pain benefit screen you were also able,to view your p60 click on the p60 you,wish to view click on the open option at,the bottom of the screen this will then,display the p 6d in a PDF version once,in the PDF you can choose to print or,save a copy to return to the home screen,to complete another task click the black,cross in the top right hand corner,alternatively you can log out of my HR,by clicking the drop down menu in the,far top right corner and select logout,from the menu you have now successfully,learned how to view payslips and p6 ts,through my HR

welcome to the next installment of intro,to resources,in this session were going to,specifically explore my hr and the,chronos applications,both of these can be accessed through,the main page of the ascension health,portal,you can access this through the icon on,the desktop labeled my ascension,or going through the st thomas ascension,health sharepoint site,under applications and going to the,ascension health portal webpage,in addition to that if youre working,from outside of the hospital using a,personal computer or your phone you can,get to it typing in,my ascension.org,youll use your username and password to,access this website,if youre using this from home please,make sure that you have your phone close,to you so that you can do the duo mobile,authentication,this is the home page for my ascension,today were going to look at myhr,were going to look at your pay,information,were going to review time and,attendance and travel and expense that,are all available on this page,in addition to that good day ascension,is news and events from our national,team you can take a look at that too,the next tab down says my to-dos i have,nothing there currently but if i had a,class certification coming up i could,see that on my to-do list,im going to click on my links,by expanding these folders i can see a,couple more options that arent,available up here in these top five tabs,the first link is called time attendance,and payroll,in it you have information on how to,clock in and out for chronos you can,request time off and submit time and,view and leave balances were going to,get to that only later in the my hr page,the next tab over is payroll you can,view your paycheck from here also look,at direct deposit and compensation,history i do want you to take a time to,look at your direct deposit after,reviewing this module,were going to collect on direct deposit,here you will enter your social security,number and date of birth for,verification,i made a little screenshot for you of,what it looks like on the next page,heres my direct deposit details,the reason why we bring you to this page,is i want to make sure that you use this,priority number correctly your priority,for your first account should be 999,thats your main account now i only have,one account here for my paychecks but,some people have multiple accounts and,split the balance up into different,areas,checking account type so checking or,savings for account type,deposit type balance or amount or,percentage this is where people need to,be really careful,if you choose amount or percentage,instead of balance,then it will take an amount or,percentage out and deposit it into this,account and the rest will be sent to you,in a paper check so please make sure if,you want a hundred percent of your check,to go into this first priority account,that you put deposit type as balance and,make your priority nine nine nine,you also have access to your tax forms,here its the same information you have,access to in the my hr tab which well,go to in just a minute,under travel and expenses under manage,my expenses is where you can submit time,for mileage,if your leadership team approves you to,be paid for mileage for your travel time,under connect and learn this is how you,can get to my learning from home so if,youre approved by your leadership team,to do educational modules outside of,work you can access that through my,learning,you can also access your gmail through,this tab although i find it much handier,just to go to gmail.com in order to,access this information,under learn you have a lot of the same,features that you have up above in,addition to those you have some quick,reference guides policies and procedures,are here if you want to access those,from the outside if youre not at work,and then you have chronos mobile apps,for ios and android at your fingertips,were going to scroll back up now,and go to the my hr page,so heres your ascension myhr page or,heres mine,first youre going to see popular reads,this has some information up here of,some of our most utilized resources,within this page so you might want to,take a look if retirement program,theres a quick link here for that,connect your care is the company that,holds our fsa hsas and hras so if you,have signed up to have those,health care and health saving plans,deducted out of your account you can,look at that information here,mysedgewix is next you may have,remembered this from looking at the,ascension sharepoint site because we do,have quick links to both of these if you,have to submit a leave of absence or a,work related injury or illness sedgwicks,is going to take care of that and these,are the links for those,the next ones down is called,performance gps every year during annual,evaluations we use this software program,to help manage our evaluations and,performances for ongoing years,my learning activities through my,learning can be accessed here so if you,are approved by your leadership team to,do my learning from home you can access,them here,through this link,theres also some fun things down here,like associate discounts,ascension has contract discounts with um,all kinds of different places car,insurance and,cell phone bills and they even have,some major department stores on there so,you can look at those associate,discounts employee assistance program or,eap,those are for times of acute crisis so,if you ever find yourself in a financial,legal or mental health crisis employee,assistance program can help get you the,help that you need very short term,um in order to get you kind of back on,your feet or in between when youre,trying to find you know a long-term,provider or a long-term solution,theres also ascension recognition down,here now this isnt my favorite place to,get to this theres also a desktop icon,on the sharepoint site but here again is,another link to ascension recognition,where you can recognize one of your,employees,or one of your co-workers for a great,job well done,the next options find a doctor smart,health is the division of blue cross,blue shield that ascension has their,physicians through so if you would like,to find an ascension approved doctor,then you can find them through this,link right here,trending now in hr right now all we talk,about is covet it seems but eventually,it will be about other things as well so,i keep an eye on this every once in a,while,right here in the middle is my benefits,so like i said you have 30 days from,your first date of hire to,enroll for benefits so you can view your,benefits here,you can download or view the benefits e,handbook here,if you have a life changing event like a,marriage or a new baby you can access,them,you can add or change beneficiaries at,any time throughout the year you can,view your benefits summary as well,down here in the bottom my pay you can,access this from the main my ascension,health portal page as well but here is,your pay statement your contribution um,charitable contributions if you have any,in your compensation history,over here under my info,you have a personal info page im going,to go ahead and click on this,our hr,application called peoplesoft is what,holds all of this information and so i,want to look here to make sure that,everything is correct if you find that,something is incorrect or you move,maybe you change your personal email,address your phone number and make sure,that theres an emergency contact if any,of that is not correct you can
