three weeks into this so Derek,my good friend thank you guys so much,lets get into some good learning and,Im gonna turn over to Derek thanks guys,thanks Carrie you guys erm you guys who,dont know Gary uh you know hes hes,been with volley to him for a long time,and he does a much better job when hes,in person of that I was still pretty,good but hes a much better job Woodys,in person of that but no thanks Gary,excited be with you guys again today,Ive probably met a handful of you guys,in person over the last a year and a,half two years that weve been as weve,the staff maybe hes been expanding our,reach into the local ecosystems with you,guys and – you know with the ultimate,goal is to get you guys hands-on with,our product I get it in front of you,give you easier access faster access but,ultimately just giving you people to,interact with and talk to about it right,and so people like Gary and people that,are in your local stores that if thats,our ultimate goal is just to help you,guys I have a partner and and be with be,there with you as much as possible and,and training education is a big piece of,that and so for those who dont know me,that may be new to seeing me my name is,Derrick Webb Im one of the technical,trainers at snap baby Ive been with,snap baby for almost eight years itll,be eight years here in August Ive,started in tech support for five years,moved over to training you know just a,little over two years ago and what Im,doing now I love doing it I talk about,stuff all the time its a its a lot of,fun so the way that I always do these,things is I encourage you guys to ask,questions as we go through it today,youre gonna drive where we go I have,far less presentation material than I,typically have for a training you could,say today is more about live demos,showing you guys what this new,experience inside of oversee looks like,how is it different giving you those,examples and then really rehashing some,of the examples weve gone over in,previous trainings and just showing you,that the experience in terms of doing it,isnt any different but the experience,in terms of efficiency and making this,faster and easier to use definitely as,and so that being said were gonna get,rolling real quick if anyone is having,any audio problems you probably cant,hear me but you can see my screen here,really quick and so please if youre,having any of those audio problems use,the little audio options option here to,select your audio settings on the,previous screen and then if you do have,questions please use that Q&A feature,chat is turned off in this webinar so,you will have to use that Q&A feature to,ask questions and so I encourage you,guys ask questions if if you dont its,gonna be a very short webinar I have I,can I can talk as long as I want to but,this at the end of the day this thing is,only as only as good as you guys make it,and so if you guys want to see me show,you anything if you have feedback on the,new platform whatever maybe please ask,away and we will well make sure we go,in those directions for you guys so the,whole idea in before we kind of get into,the new platform I always like to just,kind of start every oversee conversation,that we have in training with an update,on where oversee stands today right I,think its important to continue to,involve you guys in the growth of this,platform it is the number one cloud,management platform in the industry by,far and its a big deal for us to,continue to remind you guys that its,gonna continue to grow,and were gonna continue to invest in it,as much as possible because were asking,you guys are something really important,as well which is also invest in the,platform were gonna invest our money,but you guys are going to invest your,business in a tool like this and you,have to be confident and you have to,understand this is a a major platform,this isnt something that we just kind,of drummed up and it sits on a server in,the corner of the office here in,Charlotte North Carolina this is a,massive platform that sits on Amazon Web,Services and we just finished rebuilding,the entire back-end to get to what were,gonna talk about today which is the new,oversee and so to give you some you know,updated numbers there we have about,12,000 unique users interacting with the,oversea platform in any given month,today,klipsch to 330,000 location let mark,just recently such 330,000 different job,sites that some form of overseas,deployed on which is pretty awesome to,talk about when we talk about growth,were adding about 7,000 locations every,single month and weve actually kept,that consistency during a lot of the,quarantine and pandemic over the last,couple of months as well if anything,weve seen some good trends if it going,up because of the value of having the,road access into your clients homes has,only increased right as clients are a,little bit less willing to let you come,in or they dont want you be to being,there as long or frankly you may not,want to go to some of your clients homes,with everything thats been going on and,so its a big deal for us to continue to,grow this thing and we just hit that,cross that 9 million device limit mark,as well to give you guys just to,continue to grow the amount of devices,that are out there so thats where,oversee stands today in terms of the,growth of the platform but really what,we were going to talk about today is not,just the growth but what has changed in,the backbone of the platform right,theres when you really look at the the,nuts and bolts there are no major I,guess you could say feature changes just,yet in the oversea platform we say you,can do this brand new thing right now,you will see those coming soon the,biggest thing that changed is that is,the backbone of the ecosystem to really,allow us to provide you guys some better,efficiency more reliable notifications a,more consistent user experience at the,end of the day we want this to be the,best platform for you to build your,business around especially as you start,to grow into that remote management and,recurring revenue models right so the,first thing that we really noticed with,the new with the new oversee platform is,a new and improved UI right and so if,you look at that new UI the second you,log into the new oversee its a very,consistent and clean feel now nothings,move per se we havent taken features,away from you or whatever it may be we,did a lot of work to just improve the,navigation experience one its a cleaner,look its crisper – its much faster as,you load in to your clients,locations and their device lists the,ability to navigate through these device,lists that experience is much much,better now the days of sitting here,loading trying to log into a device or,trying to get information for that,device to pop up those types of,experiences are gonna be much faster,moving into this new platform the reason,for that is what weve moved into is,starting to virtualize the platform what,I mean by virtualizing is in the,previous version of overseeing,everything that oversee had in its,interface that you see on your screen,all of that data all that information,lives on the device and so for oversee,to know what was going on it had to ping,the device constantly to get consistent,feedback to know what was happening and,because of that experience sometimes you,would get false positive sometimes a,device would say offline when it was,really online or or things like that and,because if a if oversea timed out trying,to reach a device that could show up all,false positive so if there was really,poor network connections really slow or,a lot was going on like you create some,bad experiences there in the new,platform we moved to a you deliver,amazing services to your clients I,believe the following three are,indicative of the chain that we are seen,first Internet seeds and the u.s. have,tripled in the last three years a,gigabit internet is expanding quickly to,keep up with the growing demands of,bandwidth the network is a backbone of,many services that consumers using the,home today including listening to music,socializing with others playing games,and watching videos in fact,streaming video accounts for more than,seventy percent of the internet usage,during peak hours in the home today,Netflix and YouTube combined make up,over fifty percent keep are consuming,content differently than they did a,decade ago by year 2020 there will be 28,billion connected devices globally along,with the changing behavior of consumers,the way to interact with products are,also changing increasingly products are,more intelligent and rely on a,connectivity to the cloud all these,trends point to the changing technology,landscape and how consumers use it in,their daily lives along with these,trends I think you would all agree with,me that your role as the a/v integrator,and the scope of the service you provide,have also evolved in the past clients,turn to you to install a self-contained,relatively static audio video systems,that is now expanded to everything from,home automation security surveillance to,even networking the good news is that,you can sell them more stuff but the bad,news is that you have to work a lot,harder to maintain them the systems are,not self-contained anymore as many,products are dependent on one another,they are also increasingly complex,requiring more information and time to,resolve issues products like a vehicle,or large appliance need regular,maintenance to work reliably and to,maximize the longevity of the product,its not if for product malfunctions but,one and most importantly the clients,expectations have changed they expect,their one trusted and so much for taking,time out of your day to join us Im,really excited to share with you what,weve done weve been building over,cipro for the last year and we announced,it at Cydia and if you werent there you,got a preview of what that was so Im,sure that with you today Im instead of,waiting all the way to the end to show,you all the things that weve been,working on like many other webinars we,wanted to show you a sneak peek up front,louver she pro is a premium suite of,services that weve added as an,extension to oversee that youre using,today and it includes some of these,things that youre seeing in front of,you Ill go through a full demo of this,oversee pro service and this webinar,again so my name is Kenny Kevin the puck,measure for oversee Ive met some of you,already Ive been with snap baby for,about a year and a half my,responsibilities include building the,strategy and the roadmap for oversee but,this being with snap I was with 18t for,about seven years and last thirty years,of which I helped them launch 18 keep it,your life which is a home security and,automation service assisted by ATT learn,quite a bit about home automation and,the products that go into a home and the,security systems associated with it so,glad to be here its been a really,exciting already with snap baby in the,agenda for todays webinar first Im,gonna go through a quick overview of,oversee where we have come from its,only been a two year old platform so,take you through all the things that,weve done thatll be a very quick,overview second well dive right into,what oversee Pro is our evolution from,oversee to oversee Pro what that,consists of,and the last ill go through a live,demonstration of the full platform,capabilities amen towards the end i want,to leave plenty of time for Q&A as you,might have many throughout this webinar,so oversee is a remote monitoring and,management platform its a platform that,we built developed in-house and made,available to our customers and its a,free service today,it allows our integrators that purchase,our products like the wok box erectness,luma surveillance any connected products,we purchased we give them the ability to,remotely monitor and manage it,its an embedded solution which also,means that we built the firmware into,the products so that as soon as you plug,it into any internet network it,automatically starts talking to back to,our cloud and as long as you claim it,into a certain location of your customer,you can then manage it theres no port,forwarding I know VPN setup required to,do any of that we started with just wat,box that was in 2014 and today we,support over 80 plus SKUs and were,continuing to add any new connected,product that were launching within snap,baby were gonna enable with oversee,when we enables a product on oversea the,key features include things like,proactive notifications if theres,anything wrong with the product I give,you the ability to reset the device,update firmware change the,configurations and access to local UI,all these things that we make available,out of the gate and then we continue to,add to by specific features so for,example on the Left we give you a graph,of all the bandwidth consumed for each,the radius so that you have an,understanding of the traffic thats,going through the web and were doing,that on a monthly basis were continue,to build new features and adding more,gaming capabilities to our products over,time and its currently supported in all,types of platforms mobile as well as,desktop so weve seen tremendous growth,the numbers youre seeing in front of,you its not an accumulative number it,is by month so the black line represents,all of the devices included that we,added each month in the last few years,so if you look at August 2016,we added about over 16,000 devices to,our platform that consists of erect,miswak box and luma as you can see the,three different colored lines were,underneath it,so weve been really exploding in growth,of devices that we have on our platform,today we have about five to six thousand,dealers managing over 190,000 devices at,60,000 locations and I mentioned this,because I want you guys understand that,this is a really scalable technology,that we architected in the beginning to,be scalable and grow with your business,this is a huge investment by snap but we,are actually accelerating our investment,because we recognize how important,remote management is to our dealers,especially post install support so were,continuing to accelerate and then Ill,tell you about a few of the investments,that were making later in the,presentation um however those numbers,that you just saw in the previous slide,is a good story for snap baby but we,take a step back about a year ago and,put our shoot put ourselves in your,shoes and try to see if overseed is a,complete solution for you to service,clients after the install and we,recognized that it wasnt it wasnt,because in order for a customer to have,a great experience at their own all the,things that the service providers the,services coming into the home a snap,baby products that youve installed as,well as an on snap baby products at that,location all need to work seamlessly,together for the customer to have a,great experience and we were only giving,you one of those three pieces so thats,this is a genesis of over C pro and how,we started on the journey we also looked,and did some research around whats,going on in the industry as were all,aware theres a growing number of the,devices on the network I dont think,its unrealistic to think that 50 or,over a hundred plus connected devices,are in each customers home today and,thats only growing its a much heavier,reliance on the network for all types of,services including security,entertainment I just came back from a,conference a few months ago where they,spoke about theres a 30% penetration,into US households around IP video,services so that includes things like,Hulu Netflix and those type of services,and theres over a hundred IP video,service providers out there in the US,and its only growing were all,also aware of the internet speeds and,bandwidth thats exploding so you got,gigabit speeds with ATT Google Fiber and,Comcast and all these other services and,all of this also theres a lot of IP,devices out there that require regular,maintenance and its a little bit,different than a static devices that,weve all installed in the past these IP,devices require regular updates our,regular configuration changes to stay up,to date with the latest in technology on,the right side is also an interesting,survey that we did with our innovators,we asked a question on the service calls,that they received what are the top most,frequent issues that you get if you had,to categorize them and a top two are,very interesting its issues related to,third-party products that the dealers,didnt install or its the big issues,out of the dealers control such as IP,and power outages and that was,interesting to us to see that hey the,dealers need a little bit more than just,access to this things that theyve,installed themselves so this is yet,another data point for us to build over,cipro the result of all this data that,we collected is theres more complex,issues and more frequent posts and salsa,for calls that you guys are esta serie de vídeo estamos ayudando,estos clientes a conocer nuevos sistemas,en esta ocasión vamos a estar hablando,de overseas home office home es una,plataforma que utilizamos para poder,hacer reboot de distintos días en,devices en la residencia por ejemplo,cuando la compañía de cable nos dice por,favor desconecte la corriente su caja de,cable o 30 segundos y vuelve a conectar,de seguir hasta la caja de cables quitar,el cable como poder hacerlo remotamente,en esta ocasión estamos utilizando este,celular para mostrarle una aplicación,puede ser que haya sido en su residencia,y si no ha sido instaladas preguntarnos,cómo puede,utilizar,nosotros creamos una cuenta para usted,y es específica para su sistema su,residencia,y le va a decir más o menos como,cómo utilizar,[Música],como ven aquí solamente pusimos tres,botoncitos,cada uno de sus botones va,a ejecutar un macro,dentro pero no un evento sistema de,control sino el sistema de,infraestructura de su residencia,entiéndase la parte de network y de,pagos nosotros típicamente tratamos de,instalar,un protector de corriente que nos,permita apagar y prender dispositivos en,específico por ejemplo apple tv son muy,notorios porque se tranca y ahí hay que,hacer un reboot a los objetivos así que,en vez de usted tener que ir con el,control remoto mira el botón así que no,está trancado full,y rebotear el aporte v,[Música],me tienen que ir había desconectado la,corriente que usted pueda con solo con,quitarle el power a la por tv,por unos minutos varios segundos dijo él,activando la compañía de cable a veces,nos dice si su internet está lento tiene,problemas con electricidad es módem y,conectado,igual con la caja de cable pero es bien,incómodo entrar en un rack o entrar en,un mueble saber cuál es el cable saber,cuál es el equipo que a veces ustedes,tampoco tanto en el equipo y poder,adaptar el rival así que la segunda,juega bien sencillo también con el wifi,no es común que esto ocurra pero si es,necesario renunciar lo que se puede,rebotear e incluso podemos degustar el,negro completo te voy a mostrar a ti,como vamos a reducir por ejemplo el wifi,[Música],fíjense que me está diciendo que esto,puede tomar hasta 10 minutos no toma 10,minutos que ocurre nosotros tratamos de,proteger su sistema de que sin querer se,le dé muchas veces así que lo hacemos de,que ese botón no vuelva a correr,hasta 10 minutos 5 minutos dependiendo,del tipo de equipo por ejemplo el módem,de internet toma mucho tiempo subir así,que hay que darle tiempo a que suba,y por otro no queremos que se le dé,demasiado reboot al sistema así que,vamos a otra cosa puede ser que nosotros,hayamos puesto un botón para pagar,muchos dispositivos así que queremos,darle tiempo a su dispositivo a que,vayan subiendo uno a uno antes de correr,el próximo dios,si fija hay meses working así que,y ahí me dice que corrió,así que esto de manera mucho más fácil,para usted poder rebuscar un dispositivo,y para nosotros ayudar el remotamente,así que si usted no tiene es difícil si,no leemos los déficit por favor,contáctenos pregunté no porque es una,amarga bien bien fácil de resolver los,problemas comunes con su presencia,espero que este vídeo haya sido de su,agrado que te haya ayudado a conocer,nuestro sistema así que si no eras joe,suscríbete a nuestro canal dale clic a,la campanita para cada vez que sumamos,un vídeo se han notificado y es posible,que en ese vídeo aprenda algo nuevo de,cómo utilizar sistema a tu casa si tiene,alguna comentario alguna duda no de ella,anual nos escribirnos o dejar un,comentario aquí en títulos saludos

hello everyone thanks for joining us for,todays webinar on our award-winning,oversea platform,Im Ricky pshaw and Im one of the,technical trainers here at Snap baby and,Ill be your moderator for todays,webinar before we get started lets go,through a few quick housekeeping items,first we will be recording this,presentation and within two or three,days well send you a link via an email,so look for that if you want to share,this with other employees within your,company or maybe you want to review it,youll have a link where you can go to,youtube and and view it whenever youd,like to and lastly we are planning to,have a time at the end of the,presentation for an open forum Q&A,session so please feel free throughout,the presentation to send in your,questions at any time you can do that,using the question and answer feature in,the webinar control panel weve got a,couple of team members that are going to,be answering questions as we go through,the webinar but we will be saving quite,a few we we dont want to exceed our 60,minute time but we will get all of your,questions answered okay now Id like to,introduce todays presenter Chris Allen,who is the embedded team lead for the,oversee development group with snap baby,welcome Chris and Ill pass it over to,you thanks Ricky and I think youre,going for jumping on this pre holiday,webinar were going to be covering some,more of the advanced topics some more,advanced features that oversee can do as,Ricky mentioned I head up our embedded,team so we manage and do the firmware,for a whole bunch of upcoming and,existing snap products primarily as,well be demonstrating today the oversee,Pro hub which is basically whats going,to enable all these features that youre,gonna see here today along with me I,also have Kenny Kim who is the VP of,connected products and Kenny is going to,be answering some of the questions that,you guys post into the questions section,but like I said were I really want to,try to make this more of an open forum,especially right before everybody kind,of goes on break to just kind of get any,questions out there so Im only going to,be taking maybe 20 minutes or so here at,the beginning to cover some of the main,features,like said well turn it over for more of,a QA type of form to kind of get your,guyss feedback pick a brain and see,what what things youd like to see for,the new year so without further ado Im,just gonna dive right in here so as you,can see Im sharing my screen Im logged,in you can see all the all the green,over see pro users here are listed and,we got our our generic our standard,dashboard set up so Im gonna click on,devices and thats going to give us our,device list by default you can see Im,sorting by manufacturer and one of the,first integration protocols Id like to,cover is just Lutron so if I could,scroll down to Lutron as the,manufacturer here you can see I have a,radio repeater now if I click on that I,you also see the little icon here with,the with a little globe with the green,indicator that indicates that additional,protocol information is available so you,can see when I click can hear the Lutron,I get some basic information about the,processor its time date latitude,longitude sunrise sunset as well as the,device list so you can see here weve,got which room location what the device,is named what type of device it is this,well site as its ID some very helpful,information for troubleshooting you know,maybe youve got a customer whos called,and theyre complaining because the the,outside sconces are coming on too early,well you could always hop in your Lutron,process or see when sunrise and sunset,is actually triggering in there and you,know if they say well you know the,lights arent turning on theyre turning,on too early its seven oclock or,turning off at 7 oclock in the morning,what you can hop in here and see well,thats because its a sunrise event and,thats actually how its programmed its,just because thats what time sunrise is,so maybe you can hop in the Lutron,programming and you know run an,adjustment that says 30 minutes after,sunrise same thing if you need to send a,tech out but they dont have Lutron,programming ability but they need to,integrate the Lutron radio route 2,system into control 4 or Crestron you,know you can basically take this list,right here from overseas with their IDs,and directly integrate that into the,processor into control 4 without them,having an open Lutron software pull out,IDs run,integration report and you know pull up,all that excel all the Excel details so,we give you a whole lot of information,there you have the ability at the bottom,here to log in by default we do,recommend you create a telnet login,specifically for oversea we default that,to oversee oversea so if youre ever,going into a job and youre setting up,Lutron you want the hub to be able to,get as much information out as it can,and obviously as we add features more,additional information will be available,but wed recommend setting up a username,and password is oversee oversee for that,but if you do change it you can,obviously go in there and match what,that might be,now you also notice I have a connect,option here connect option so if I click,on that its going to give me a modal,here thatll show me what ports I can,connect to that processor on one of,those ports is actually telnet so if I,click connect here what thats doing is,establishing a secure connection between,my computer and overseas servers and,then between overseas servers down to,the hub and then from the hub to the,radio raw to processor so thats an,encrypted tunnel without you having to,do a VPN or any sort of port forwarding,anything like that so then I can simply,log into the credentials for the oversea,hub and as you can see here I am giving,given a command line prompt and as you,can see Im now logged into that Lutron,processor and again perfect example for,troubleshooting the homeowner calls and,says you know the outside recessed,lights on the porch arent working you,can have them go over to that light,switch or that keypad and push the,button to turn those sconces or those,recessed lights on or off and youll,actually see in the console here whether,you get a response for whether that,button was pressed or release and if you,get that response and you know then more,than likely the reason that the lights,arent turning on is because the bulbs,are out so you know they either need to,replace the bulb or send somebody over,to replace the bulb its just very,helpful for real-time troubleshooting,again even if you need to call Lutron,tech support and they need you to get in,here and make some configuration change,is basically we give you that ability,real-time without you having to you know,set up a VPN or do any sort of remote,tunneling on your own so that just about,covers Lutron let me hop back here to my,device list and jump into the next,section which is control 4 so control 4,is obviously a big one we have an EA one,on the system here again you can see,its got the little green dots so I know,I have some additional information I can,pull out of that so if I click on this,you know what you see here is we,actually get memory uses and CPU usage,thats from the control for EA 1 so Ive,got that data because the control for,system has SNMP enabled I actually get,port information you can see you know,what speed the the main port is,connected that how much data is gone in,and out you know even like ZigBee port,information is is kind of in here for,you to be able to see how long the,system has been up and running and then,we also have a control for tab so if I,click on that what thats going to do is,allow me to fill in the username a,password or fill in the password here,Id hit Ill hit set and then its,actually going to go out to that,controller and pull in all that,additional protocol information like,ZigBee table information basically all,that now I also have a reboot option,which is a soft reboot so I can click on,that and it would

SnapAVs OvrC Platform is Aimed at Commercial AV Market

good morning everyone this Gary K and,you are watching a special edition that,my rants and raves podcast this is a,video version I rants and raves podcast,and you may very well be watching this,on social and the reason for that is,were going to do a demo of something,called oversee which is part of snap,baby and their offering and Im joined,with snap babies director of commercial,Scott norm and Scott how are you good,Im doing well Ive known snap baby for,a couple reasons for about the last 10,years number one were in Chapel Hill,North Carolina and snaps and Charlotte,just a couple hours down the road,number two theyve you know we also,cover the residential market and theyve,kind of dominated residential in the,distribution but also in manufacturing,they have a lot of products that they,make themselves in in the residential,space and probably most well-known for,the audio products in that space in the,beginning but but youre heading up the,commercial division talk about snap AV,and commercial and sort of where you,stand now yeah definitely yeah we to,your point we got started in the,residential side of the space J phase,and our founder started zobo TV and he,actually started snap in 2005 really,primarily because he had a couple of,pain points when he was trying to scale,his custom integration business he,number one,the products and the distribution model,just were really pain points for him he,things werent in stock had distributors,lead times for a super-long couldnt get,good support so he really wanted to fix,that and then also just some of the,products and technology that was out,there you know they werent meeting some,of his needs so you know we started snap,in 2005 to fix a lot of those things and,now were taking some of those same kind,of business propositions into the,commercial market space and you know our,number one mission is to make,integrators more successful thats what,we want to do more than anything and,weve built a couple of products around,that and now we actually have about,fourteen different brands of products,and we manufacture those ourselves so,some of this thing some people think of,us as a as a distributor some people,think of us as men,fracture actually a little bit of both,sometimes call ourselves a duck-billed,platypus for a couple of things that at,one time but we we manufacture 14 of our,own product brands and then we also,distribute some brands on occasion where,that makes sense for our dealers yeah,and so getting into the commercial space,obviously the residential space has had,some growing pains the last few years,plus a lot of competition from the,do-it-yourselfers part of the business,but snap has held their ground pretty,well and of course will be at MC dia and,a couple of months but in the commercial,space um youve obviously been making a,play to the commercial space not just as,a manufacturer but as a distributor but,I think one of the key differentiators,is the oversee platform would you mind,demonstrating that for us yeah,definitely,so yeah youre absolutely right we weve,got quite a few good product lines in,the commercial space our 70 volt audio,product line with episode and our,amplifiers and our speakers a lot of,great 70 volt products weve actually,launched sense microphones a few years,ago to really kind of take on the,microphone space as well so weve got a,few things in there but really oversee,is what ties it all together and this is,a cloud platform that actually is free,to enroll and it comes with the purchase,of moto of all of our products and then,occasionally we integrate with,third-party products as well so let me,just give you a quick demo of it and,then you know you can ask questions if,theres more interest so if we start out,here really this is kind of an overview,what youll see is a list of all your,customers so if youre a dealer and you,want to service your equipment you know,oversee is the perfect platform for that,and it connects with our power products,our networking equipment our,surveillance equipment even some of our,IP controllable amps but what you do is,you when you get your pots in the mail,you add it to a customer location you,first you add your customer and then you,had to talk to that customers location,and then youll see those customer lists,here and what Im in right now is,actually the stat 80 demo Pro site and,what youll see is a overview if youre,using our networking equipment of the,network the internet the speed test,history all the devices that,connected to the router and then from,there youll get a full device list of,every device thats on the jobsite and,so if youre using one of our routers,for example itll scan the entire,network and find every device on the,network and the devices that snap baby,makes we have a really tight integration,with for example our network switches,our routers or access points and then,also our WAP box is one of the very,first talks that we start innovating,with oversee it has the fullest feature,set and this is really a IP controllable,power product that allows you to reboot,things remotely on a jobsite,some people say up to 50% of all site,related issues or just name the rebooted,device while box is the perfect solution,for that so you can see how you can turn,the outlets on and off you can actually,also configure the while box to,automatically clean devices on the,network and then intelligently reboot,things if it doesnt respond to a ping,you can even ping a win address like,Amazon or Google or Yahoo and if it,cant get out out of the win you can,have it automatically reboot the modem,in the router to kind of restore that,internet connection you can also,obviously basically overall like just,give a larger vision over see is once,youve got a install its the way to,manage the install proactively and not,just support it but also proactively,monitor it even when it doesnt need,support and then be able to give the,client data back on how the system is,performing is this something that is,white labeled to the dealer or how does,this handle from the standpoint of,supporting the customer so oversee is,built for the dealer base there are a,couple of end-user apps that we allow,them to give to their client to better,support them but really its the back,end Porter portal for the dealer,themselves to support their clients and,yeah you absolutely can get,notifications through oversee and know,the status of your clients devices and,proactively manage your customers better,and what about when youre adding adding,third party company products in here,like lets say external control systems,like Crestron or Extron and other,devices like lets say a huddle a camera,in a UCC system how does that managed,right so any device that has a lower UI,we have a web connect feature and Im,showing you that now basically youll,see it in the device list and then you,can,connect on the you can click on the web,connect feature itll use our cloud,portal to open up a window this is,actually a SonicWALL router but you can,see you can get to that local UI log in,the local UI and make configuration,changes from there okay so anything as,long as its got a network connection,and you also have devices that do rs-232,to IP and and IR to IP for example for,devices that dont have network,connectivity or how do you manage those,devices no we cant reach them through,oversea that would be ok so could put,the control system on the network and,then have the control system do the,rebooting of everything else thats,connected and is this is this something,that you that an integrator pays for on,a monthly basis or is it something that,they they paid per user or per site or,per device or how does it charge now,theres theres no ste at all for it so,there is for the what we call oversee,Pro functionality which gives you,visibility to the third-party devices,that we dont manufacture mm-hmm that,would you can get it two ways you can,buy one of our routers and you get it,automatically when you purchase o
