a lot of people been asking me about,cash central,and uh asking me if theyre legitimate,update scam,um you may have heard of me i basically,um utilize a loan company thats not,affiliated with cash central and uh,i got my money very quickly um in fact,it was so quickly that i was able to,solve the problem that i had,which was a rent problem very quickly um,the rent got paid like that,so they overnighted me to check um after,i got approved for the loan on the,website,um ill show you here,as you can see after they overnighted me,check,1060 hit my account,so lets show you,even better lets put the light up so,you can see it,um so,as you can see boom,right there,right there that 1060 of the account,and once they hit the account that,helped me,you know pay the rent they overnighted,me to check so i received the check in,actually,about 24 hours so it wasnt a long,process it was a lot shorter than i,thought it would be actually,they approved me on the website i didnt,have to wait,like three weeks like some websites for,a response or approval,they approved me directly on the website,i put my application in within five,minutes he said,youre approved so then uh i got the,check,next day in the mail you know so once i,seen that i was pretty shocked because i,was like,this is a quick little company this is,like,you know and uh,ive been making my payments on time so,got nothing to worry about but,its not cash central thats basically,a scam from what i saw it uh,they tried to do some [ __ ] with my,credit card and like that i mean and,uh they told me i was approved for it,alone but,they they was taking money off my credit,card that,and i hadnt even gotten a loan money,yet so thats how i know its a scam,thats why i stayed away from,cash central and i switched to a,different loan company,i canceled the loan with cash central,because,once i saw that they was doing that this,is not legitimate business,and um so now im with this new loan,company but what ill do is ill put a,link,in my description box so you can see the,exact company i use,to get my loan and you can apply for,yours also,and best of luck

before covering the more advanced,features such as the payment,reconciliation journals lets first have,a look at how to process,payments manually and i will do this by,processing a payment from the cash,receipt journal,and one from the payment journal so,lets start with the cash receipt,journal,so in here you can see that there are,three different batches,bank general and gyro and what is very,important here is,the balancing account number so some of,these batches,have a balancing account a fixed,balancing account which means that by,default,everything will be posted will be,balanced to this account,which is also the way to set this up,so and for that reason i will use the,bank batch,there we go and here we can see now the,cash receipt journal uh also notice that,ive collapsed,the fact box factbox pane in order to,see a bit more fields,and when i would like to process a,payment manually the first thing i need,to do,is to enter the posting dates so i will,stick with,the work date the 23rd of january thats,fine,then very important the document type,now remember in general journals we set,to leave the document type blank here,its very important that we use,payment or refund because by selecting,the document type payment the system,will also,process additional functionality related,to for example payment discounts payment,tolerances and so on so thats why i,always advise to use,payments or refund as document type,in cash receipts and payment journals,then theres the document number which,is,fine and the account type,so although i could post to a gl account,in cash receipt journals in most of the,cases we will use customers,because typically we can use the cash or,c journals to post customer payments,so i will um select customer and then,the account number,so this is of course the customer number,i can enter the customer,number or name or i can click the assist,edit to,look it up so and suppose that we have,received the payment from customer,10 000 i can simply select the customer,now the next thing that is very,important is that we,try to apply the payment because uh,probably the customer is paying one or,more open documents,like an invoice credit memos and so on,and the application process means that,we will map,the payment with one or more open,customer ledger entries,more information on these applications,in the following lesson,but here i will already show you how we,can make applications,now in general there are two different,ways i can click the apply entries,action in the ribbon or i can enter the,applies to,document number directly on the line and,so for example if i,see by looking at the payment message,that the customer paid,one invoice i can go to the applies to,document number,click here on the assist edit and the,system will show me,all the open customer ledger entries of,this customer,next i can select the line so suppose,that the customer paid,this invoice there we go i can click on,ok,and you will see now that the document,number is entered,and that also the amount is updated so,notice the negative amount because were,posting a credit,to the customer and this means now that,if i post,this payment the system will also post,the application so let me do this i will,click on posts,do you want to post yes so this is the,first example of how to,process payments manually but lets look,also at the second example,and like i just said in this case,lets use the payment journal so there,where you typically use cash receipt,journals to process customer payments we,use,payment journals to process vendor,payments,also also here i will use the worldwide,bank,operating batch so the bank badge,where the worldwide bank operating is,linked,and as you can see this is quite similar,to the cache rc journals that we just,used also here i will collapse the,factbox pane,and although there are a number of,advanced functions,such as the suggest vendor payments i,can also simply,enter payments manually in the payment,journal,so this is quite similar to what we just,did in the cash receipt journals also,here,i will select document type payments,in this case because theres no number,series linked,to the batch i have to enter,the document number manually next i can,go to the account type field so by,default,in most of the cases this is probably,vendor but if you want you can also,switch to customer to gl account or any,of the other types,but i will stick with fender and in this,case,lets push the payment to vendor 10,000 london postmaster so in my,cash receipts journal example i have,entered,the applies to document number directly,on the line,so this is something i could also do,here by entering,the applies to document number but like,i just said theres also a second way of,applying entries and thats by going to,the apply entries action,in the ribbon so and let me do this so i,will click on apply entries,i will get the same overview as in my,previous example but in this case,i need to select entries by assigning,the applies to id,and this will also enable me to select,multiple lines something that i will do,in one of the following lessons,now suppose and let me enlarge this a,bit,that we have paid for example this,invoice,so the invoice of 8132,again like i just said in order to,select the line we need to assign and,apply stu id,and thats something that i can do by,clicking on actions,and then set applies to id and what you,will see is that the system will,automatically use the document number as,applies to id,here at the bottom i can see the balance,and by clicking on ok,the system will insert the amount if i,scroll to the right,there we go and well also post the,application,but now by using this way of,of applying you will see that the,applies to document number is not,visible on the line and this means that,if you use the applies to document,number on the line,by default youre having a one-on-one,relation,or in other words you can only apply one,document at a time,while using the apply entries function,and the ribbon will give you,the opportunity to apply multiple,documents at the same time,so everything is entered let me,click on post,and the journal is posted so let me now,show you what,happens on customer and vendor level so,i will do this,for the customer because for defender,its exactly the same,so if i now go to customers,and if i go to my customer at the canon,group plc so let me click on manage,and view so for example to open the,customer card,and so here you can see the customer,card and what im interested in,are the customer ledger entries so by,clicking on the navigate,tab i can click on ledger entries there,we go,and here i can see the transactional,data of,my customer 10 000 and here you can see,the payment i just posted,so the payment of,8269.04,now very important is the remaining,amount because the remaining amount is,showing an amount of zero which is,telling me that,this entry is applied,now in this case because we dont have,that many entries if i look a bit,more at the bottom i can see the invoice,uh also with remaining amount so,probably these two have been applied,with each other,im sorry and so uh this line and the,first line,but in order to be sure theres a better,way,uh to um get an overview of the applied,entries so let me expand,the factbox pane now if you select an,entry the system will display here the,number of applied entries and by,clicking here on the one,i can see the entry uh that the other,one is applied with,so of course my invoice 103 0 15,that ive just used in my example okay,so thats um the best the fastest way,to get an overview of the applied,entries,another thing that you see by posting,the payment,and at the same time the application is,that,the system has created a number of,detailed customer entries,so if i select this line i can click,here on the remaining amount field,or i could go to navigate and select,here,detailed ledger entries so let me do,this for this invoice line,and here you can see now that we have,two detail

[Music],well do cash receipts a couple ways of,doing that if we go to our cash,management would you have a cash,receipts journal and a deposit now the,difference between these two and really,it depends on how you mostly receive,payments from your customers a deposit,is a deposit slip,you know you get a bunch of checks,youre filling out of the positive slip,and youre gonna take those checks to,the bank for bank reconciliation,purposes you want that to show up as one,number know is from multiple customers,in that case we would use the deposit,and Im gonna go back Im gonna use the,catfish eternal in this this example but,if we just look after the positive,screen will see structured you can,imagine having that physical deposit,slip in front of you the total of the,deposit slip and then down below the,individual checks that Ive collected,from either customers or if employees or,you need to pay something back or just,miscellaneous cash right but what a,little out is that the bank statement,will see we do a bank rec it makes it,easier because then we can just see one,number on the bank reconciliation as,opposed to each check individually and,then behind that we can expand and,collapse to see that so if you do have a,lot of that theres a function for kind,of a virtual deposit slip in the system,Im gonna go cash receipt journal go,ahead and receive cash is through a,special journal in this case or a cash,receipt journal use the default journal,we have here so you get through it you,know which aim were receiving a,payments when we come through to the,account type this is where we select,what is whos giving us the payment and,so were gonna we can get a refund from,a vendor this way as well and so if a,vendor sends you cash back we can say,well were getting that back in from a,vendor itll impact the vendor record,okay so were gonna go through select,their customer sent this our payment we,can select to that customer is say I,dont voice is are out there so Im,gonna go ahead and select an invoice,first you could put the amount in first,or my case lets say they paid this,invoice off really late you can see once,Ive selected that invoice it will,automatically put that amount in for me,all right so if its one invoice and you,want to save yourself some typing you,can select the invoice and have that,default you can also change the amount,here that so if they short paid you,thats fine as well if theyre paying in,in pieces you can adjust the amount paid,against that invoice and it will leave,the remaining amount open until its,either fully paid or you credit the,balance off our balancing account here,we can select the GL account more than,likely youll want to put that into a,bank account that is of course linked to,your general ledger but again updating a,sub ledger record for your checkbook as,well and then we have an individual cash,receipt on your bank statements just,slightly different than what we talked,about with the deposit is that this,would show up as a line on your bank,statements in business central as,opposed to a deposit that might be,grouped so again just two different ways,of doing it depending on how them now,the the payment was made to you from the,customer,you

research,and figure Eights pretty much what,would be a potential fit for you so when,you click on the program it will usually,give you some kind of wolf of you as to,what platform is actually opposed just,see you it gives you a bit more of an,idea so then when you do go to visit the,program at least you can know pretty,much what to expect when you get into it,but again you can earn money from say,doing solvers which it does have access,to a lot of sites those laws are like,different side horses as well you can,get paid for doing other types of tasks,etc with Lords of well name brands even,what Amazon Mechanical talk etc and then,you can earn rewards from other,potential programs again like swag box,inbox dollars etc so that you can,potentially earn a little bit of a side,income and then again going on to,sharpen where you can earn coupons and,points based off purchases etc from what,the websites that you will have programs,linked to so that you can least gain,something back you can potentially earn,a little bit of money back or you can,get gift cards vice versa so with this,platform with cashcrate it literally,gives you access to all these here on,the platform itself will let you,physically actually happen to search for,them individually through google so will,actually cut it down a lot on your time,of trying to find all these platforms,but again like a stress and a lot of,these other videos you can definitely,have a look at these types of platforms,potentially to make a little bit of,money like say from completing solvers,and doing whatever tasks but can you,make a full time living on us while it,depends,theres its 50/50 a lot of the times,you can make money on us but to make a,full time living on living on us it,probably not a good idea because a lot,of these platforms even though yes they,will pay your money and you will get,gift cards and so forth it will take a,very very long time for you to really,see any kind of results for your efforts,and your time that you put into it so,you can end up spending weeks if not,months trying to gain something and,every see any results so it will just,take a long long time but again thats,not to say that you cant actually look,into these as they get a bit of a side,option if you do have a bit of time to,spare it your day and you just want to,use up a half an hour here or theyll,just I cant have a bit of fun with,these you can definitely check them out,so with something that youre definitely,into definitely have a lot colors and,just see if they said if there is,something there it might when you demonstrate quote to cash,originating from Dynamics 365 for sales,its important to recognize the day in,the life of a sales rep using the sales,application but as soon as they submit,that order it sends the processing over,to business central good luck in this,demonstration in this demo scene will,demonstrate the quote cache process,leveraging dynamics 365 for sales and,the integration to Dynamics 365 business,central in these steps we will outline,how to enter in a sales quote from,Dynamics 365 for sales we will convert,that quote to a sales order then well,convert the order to a sales invoice and,this is well well transition to,business central well post the invoice,and then convert it to cash so the first,step,enter the sales quote so Im in the role,of a sales representative I log into,Dynamics 465 for sales I see all of my,accounts Im gonna go ahead and select,on tray research and one of these to,point out because the integration,between these apps youll notice on the,right hand side Ive got statistical,information thats coming forth from,business central my accounting system so,were providing customers or sales,representatives the ability to see rich,information while performing their job,now lets go ahead and enter in the,quote its the icon over on the left the,third one from the bottom and Ill enter,in the name of the quote called trave,research quote for chairs and Im gonna,select on my business central price list,and then again the name of the customer,will be tray research so under the quote,Ill select save and now Ill begin to,enter in the line items for this quote,so over in the center box youll see the,ellipsis Ill select on add new quote,and then it opens up the dialogue for me,to enter in my quote products now keep,in mind the integration does enable us,or allow us to also take advantage of,write-in products and that would be,accomplished by simply toggle,selecting on existing and then that,would open up the window for write-in,products Im gonna use our existing,products here those berlin chairs so,Ill select this window Ill type in,chair and theres the Berlin guest,chairs and then Ill enter in my,quantity of 5 Ill save and close the,quote and then of course I need to,activate that quote so the first step is,done Ive created the quote and its,been activated next Im going to convert,that sales quote into a sales order so,open the ribbon,Ill see that Ive got the quote still,up and Ill select create the order and,during the appropriate details to how we,want it what the description is Ill,select ok and now heres the magic here,when I submit this order that is now,sending the order and the processing for,the business side of it over into,business central so well convert that,sales order to a sales invoice now to,maintain the flow let me go navigate to,business central so all Ill log in,which is essentially the matter of just,navigating the drop-down Ill launch,business central it opens up trave,research my customer card and youll see,that Ive got now in the tile for my,customer history ongoing sales orders,and Ill open that up and there you see,in the line items Ive got 5 Berlin,guests chairs and up on the top of the,ribbon Ill post that and well ship an,invoice and now thats been moved from a,sales invoice to a posted sales invoice,and thats supposed to the invoice to15,ending and Ill close out of that window,and now you see I no longer have the,ongoing sales order so thats been,processed and reflects appropriately let,me review the sales invoice at the sales,representative Ill return back to my,sales hub right so from the dynamics 365,drop-down menu I return to the sales hub,and youll see again in the history in,the timeline Ive got some information,there but also if I go to the invoices,which is the,the last icon at the bottom youll see,that Ive got this tray research quote,for chairs that has been invoiced to the,customer so again I maintain that,history for myself and in both,applications then the last step would be,just to convert the cache so if I come,back to dynamics 365 business central I,open up under cache management the cash,receipt journals open up my general,batch and then Ill enter in the amount,that I receive from the sales invoice,from the customer and then I want to tie,that back to the the invoice number,itself click OK Ill close that out and,that is ordered a cache using both,dynamics 365 for sales in Dynamics 365,business central the benefits of that,scenario significantly reduces time and,data entry and enables organizations to,respond much more quickly to customer,requests
